Job Description:

Archibat HR Asia is looking for a SENIOR URBAN DESIGNER for one of the world’s leading Master Planning,
Architectural and Interior Design practices to join its international, dynamic and creative team to work on high quality projects across Asia.

- Provides leadership in project design, production, and management.
- Designs strategies to address client budgets and needs.
- Staffs and directs Planning team.
- Consults with clients, engineers and architects on specifications and needs of overall program.
- Takes active role in marketing and interview processes while identifying and contacting new prospects.

Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Urban Design/Landscape Architecture.
- Registered Architect / Landscape Architect preferred.
- 10 years of related experience, including 5 years managerial project responsibility.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Sketchup, and GIS.
- Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills essential.
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max or other 3D softwares an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is required
